Where is EVN Jewellery based?

EVN Jewellery is based in London and currently ships within the UK only.

Our pieces are made with 16k gold plating on brass and glass pearls.

Is EVN Jewellery waterproof?

No. To protect the finish, avoid water, swimming, showering, chemicals and jewellery-cleaning products.

How much is UK delivery?

Free UK delivery is included. We currently ship within the UK only.

How long does delivery take?

UK delivery normally takes 2–3 working days.

Can I return earrings?

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. If they arrive faulty, contact EVN through the existing contact process with your order details and a clear photo.

Can I return a necklace or bracelet?

Unworn necklaces and bracelets may be returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. Orders are carefully presented in EVN Jewellery packaging, including a box and pouch, ready for gifting.
