Orders and payment

All prices are shown in GBP. Evn Jewellery is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged separately. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Product details

We aim to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and photography. Product measurements and descriptions are provided as guidance.

Shipping and returns

Free UK delivery is included sitewide and normally takes 2–3 working days. EVN Jewellery currently ships within the UK only. Unworn necklaces and bracelets may be returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty items are handled through the existing contact process.

Jewellery care

Our pieces are 16k gold plated on brass with glass pearls. They should not be worn in water, while showering or swimming. Clean with a microfibre cloth and do not use jewellery-cleaning chemicals.
