Orders and payment

All prices are shown in GBP. Evn Jewellery is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged separately. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Product details

We aim to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and photography. Product measurements and descriptions are provided as guidance.

Shipping and returns

UK shipping is free. EVN Jewellery currently ships within the UK only. Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days. Returns are accepted within 14 days for unworn items in original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Jewellery care

Our pieces are 16k gold plated on brass with glass pearls. They are not waterproof and should be kept away from water, perfume, creams, sweat and chemicals.
